24- Hour Cancellations

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments.
We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 24-hour period, you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price.

Tardiness

Living in New England we understand the weather can be a little unpredictable.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late.
If you will be more than 5 minutes late we require you to reschedule, and you may be penalized a cancellation fee. 

No-Shows

When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact our hairdressers and other guests.
We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our clients time as much as we try to respect yours.
If a appointment is a No-Show you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price. If you wish to reschedule,
we require 100% of the service paid upfront.
